Refund & Exchange Policy

We have learned so much from you about a fuss-free and enjoyable shopping experience, and we are committed to delivering that on EthosCase!

Our team makes the best effort to keep our product images, descriptions, and titles as clear as possible. We request you to carefully review product details before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.

🔄 Eligibility for Exchange

If you are not happy with our product, we offer a 7-day exchange on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and items sold in sales & offers.

  • Exchange should be requested within 7 days of delivery. Email: ethoscases@gmail.com
  • The product must be in intact condition (as delivered).
  • The product must not be used and the protective film must not be removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Exchange is eligible only if the reverse-pickup item clears our quality check.
  • Non-qualifying exchanges: any item marked “Sale” or sold as a “BOGO” offer.

💰 Eligibility for Refund

We offer 3-day refunds via Store Credits on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protectors, and items sold in sales & offers.

  • Refund should be requested within 3 days of delivery. Email: ethoscases@gmail.com
  • The product must be intact, unused, and with protective film not removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Refund is eligible only after the reverse-pickup clears our quality check.
  • Refund amount will be issued within 48–72 hours after approval.
  • For COD orders, COD charges will be deducted from the refund.
  • Non-qualifying returns: any item marked “Sale” or sold as a “BOGO” offer.
Handling Fee: A flat fee of ₹99 applies for both refunds and exchanges.

🛡 Defective / Not Working on Arrival

If the product you receive is internally damaged or not working, you are eligible for:
  • ✅ Full product replacement (same model)
  • ✅ Refund via Store Credit
Please raise the concern within 24 hours of delivery by emailing ethoscases@gmail.com with order details and product images/video as proof.

🎟 Store Credit Conditions

  • Store Credit is tied to your original account and cannot be transferred.
  • It will be automatically applied to purchases on ethoscase.in.
  • If your purchase exceeds the Store Credit balance, use an additional payment method for the difference.
  • Orders with a subtotal between ₹399 and ₹4,999 are eligible to pay with Cash on Delivery.

How to Obtain Your Balance

Store Credit balances are listed on your Account page.

Expiration

Unused Store Credit expires 12 months from issue.

❌ Refunds Not Eligible

The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:

  • Self-placed wrong order (e.g., wrong model or product).
  • Complaints such as “Not same as advertised” without valid proof.
  • Purchased from a local store or another website.
Important (Damaged on Arrival): If the product is received in damaged condition, raise the concern within 24 hours of delivery at ethoscases@gmail.com.
