This warranty is applicable only for AirPods and Ethopods purchased from Ethoscase.

Warranty Duration:

We provide a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Quality issues in materials or workmanship

What is NOT Covered:

  • Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or mishandling
  • Water damage or exposure to liquids
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper use or modification

How to Claim Warranty:

  1. Provide your order ID and purchase proof.
  2. Share clear pictures or videos of the defective product.

Important Note: Warranty claims are subject to verification by our team. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on stock availability.
