At EthosCase, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, or an item may not meet your expectations. Below you’ll find our policy on cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
We allow cancellations on all orders, as long as the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at ethoscases@gmail.com with your order details.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the following conditions are met for returns:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) must be provided.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at ethoscases@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Some items are exempt from being returned and refunded:
- Gift cards
- Discounted or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made items
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
