Cancellation & Return Policy

At EthosCase, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not offer refunds, we gladly provide store credits for eligible returns so you can choose the perfect replacement product.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel, please email us at ethoscases@gmail.com with your order details.

Returns for Store Credit

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
👉 Once approved, you will receive a store credit (coupon code) equal to the value of your returned item, which you can use on your next purchase at EthosCase.

  • Discounted or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue full store credit, including shipping costs.
